[FIGHTER] Mortal Kombat, SCORPION, CastorPT

First I was thinking doing a "Tron" version of Megaman, then I thought about a "Watchmen" costume version of a Marvel hero and finally decided to focus on the fighting game i've played like crazy when I was a kid, Mortal Kombat.
Since I grew up I ended up playing a lot more Street Fighter, so my idea will be to merge these 2 and create one of my favorites Mortal Kombat character into a Street Fighter version!
