Error Loading any MAXScript

Hey folks, I'm getting this error when loading any .mzp file. Drag and drop feature to viewport won't do anything and "run script" brings this error message. Im running W 7 x64 on SMax 2011. I recently installed an anti virus program, Trend Micro PC Cillin. I'v Tried disabling the anti virus and i still get the same message. This is on both 32 and 64. I'v read it could be something to do with dotnet frame work but how to fix that is beyond me. I also read installing some anti virus could kill the necessary files needed to compile the file type? please help!! My project is due on Friday.

Problem solved, had to run max in administrative mode
