OH SNAP. HAWT. I love that little heart on the top of her forehead. That's going to be a really nice touch. Though I am not a big fan of her 2 long strands of her hair in the front. Otherwise this is going to be a great once finished =D

I worked a bit more on the concept but maybe it's too simple? It's late. I sleep now.


oh yea.. the hat... in many ways it has not been changed enough in my opinion. That hat it self is a character ... deserves more work but I'm stumped.

I wouldn't worry about changing the hat much more than you already have, wouldn't want to lose the iconic elements of the character design.

MattQ86, I agree. I've been treading a fine line to make sure I keep the character recognizable while I mess with the core design. Something I plan on doing is making the wood of the guitar the right teal hue.

Maybe I can stick a cigar in mat's mouth...
