When/is the crysis 3 toolset going to be released to the public?

Couldn't find any info about this, is Crytek going to release the Crysis 3 tools to modders? I couldn't really find any info through google searches.

ive read from online sources that it will be released during the summer.

CryEngine3 (Crysis 2 SDK) will be out very soon, stay tuned.
