seems like u have some pulls around the nose, fingers are kinda short and the torso seems short in comparison to the bottom part of the body, apart from that its a good start... oh and the shoulders are kinda wide
Love the idea, but I think your concept needs work. If you look at previous assassin characters in the series that all have some kind of robe that they wear:
I would also suggest giving him throwing knife holsters on his chest under the great coat.
make sure you're researching which particular military uniform you want him to wear. Reference images are critical! Bear in mind that according to the AC lore the templars are usually in charge of just about everything at most times in history from the renaisance onwards. So it would make sense for your Assassin to be either English, French, German even American or any of the other participating nations.
