Better late than never I guess ? I'd like to do my version of Elena from SF3.
I barely had any time to work on this, but here's what I've got so far.
I didn't had any brilliant idea about revamping her, so I took a look at her background story, and decided to go for a slightly older version of her.
She's been to Japan and France, and learned to wear clothes there.
Even tho my design needs more thinking, I started modeling and sculpting a bit.
Hopefully, I'll have more time to work on it in the coming weeks !

I still don't know what I'll do about her legs. I might try scaling them up or showing a little bit more skin under her open pants to get a more leggy look (and a more sexy look too).
But anyways, here's an update on the situation : more sculpting and a quick paintover. I'll probably try to add some more asymmetry in her clothes too.

More sculpting, and... well, because I'm a masochistic idiot, I'd like to add her a little buddy.
I'd like to use a real-time fur shader for him, but there are many uncertainties (polycount calculation, shader handling). So I don't know if I'll keep him for now or just add him later for fun.
Here's a late update of my progress from this last week.
Unfortunately as I thought before, adding the monkey buddy was a pretty stupid idea, cause I'm waaaay over the polygon limit with him. So I guess he won't make it to the final shots, and I'll add him back later for fun. Too bad, I love working with fur shader.
Ok, I'm heading towards a long night to "finish" this stuff ...
love the final product....kinda reminds me of uncharted for some reason...;p
