The Character modeler we have may not be working out with the team. So we're looking for someone who has a love for anime and a love for cyberpunk adventure. Looking for someone who has level of maturity for a serious project, we're not a team that pushs hard, this is a project that will if successful, will launch the team to a possible full fledged buisness.

Ok, my co-project lead pointed this out to me today after I got some much needed sleep. We do have someone who does animate and rig so that should not be a real issue. What we do need is someone who can model at the level of the concept art we have.
