Im just wondering if there is anyone here with some experience using Simplygon. We have been recently using it at the studio and I would like to share some tips and tricks for using it, specially for characters aimed at iphone and ipad.
I have found it is a great tool for optimizing very quickly from max, and even it has some good options ProOptimizer modifier does not have, but I am finding some weird things like uvs broken.
Anyway, where I think it is really a good tool is implemented in the engine and letting it do the lods by itself on pixel dependant. That is something we still need to implement.
