UDK Tranforamtion wiget of being silly

Hey all i am learning UDK and am going through the tutorials but for some reson the wiget in UDK is off by 45ged or something like that :S



any one any idea on how to fix this ?

Does setting the reference coodinate system to World help? It's in the toolbar on top of your screen.
