[FIGHTER] Mortal Kombat - Scorpion - Murphz

Hey all, This will be my first character from concept to finish ..(I'm normally an environment artist ..so don't ask me why I choose to do a fighter 
..but I guess this is the best way to learn, have fun and is a nice change of pace also
.. any way Scorpion is my choice, Mortal Kombat obviously, just because I have fond memories of over using his "Get Over Here" move to defeat my friends.
I want to make him bigger in stature..superhero-esque in proportions and have his Kunai (the spear he fires from his hand).. maybe come from a scorpion tail on his back.. I'm also playing with the idea of having a pincher on one of his arms?
Also I want to stylise him by making his muscle definition quite sharp to represent the amour you see on a real scorpion's back/tail
It very early in concept..this concept page will be updated but this is what I have so far along with some images i found on the net
LATEST UPDATE :Some ealry work in ZBrush..Im going to have to re-top him now but Im gonna do some paint overs first to decide what I want where.
