A bit late to the party, but I'm here! Gonna do Punk Ken. Haven't seen too many Kens/Ryus around. Maybe everyone thought that everyone will do those, so nobody did.
Anyways, my 2D isn't really all that great, so I went straight for the 3D. Here's my refsheet+concept for now:

I would suggest to tuck you the root of the bicep into the armpit a little more as the arms are starting to shape like a cone a little if you look at it from the wrist up towards the shoulder
