Hello,
I would like to enter the contest with Mario from Super Smash Bros. Brawl. I would like to re-imagine him with a street fighter 4 art style with a more mature look. I have attached some reference photos of what I would like to do. Although I think I am going to actually make him bigger than I have started. Basically he ate a mushroom and super powers up...lol.. I have attached 2 quick (and messy) paint overs of the ideas I have. One is just with the hood up and the other hood down. I hope I can do this justice. If anyone has any suggestions or critiques I would greatly appreciate it. Best of luck to all!

Thanks everyone for the kind words! I wish the best of luck to all! I was not able to finish Mario in time however I will still be finishing him up and post later. I only have two pics of small updates I was able to make. I would just like to say great work to all of the amazing talent out there. There are so many great entries!!
