Cintiq 21UX issue in Maya 2008

So for whatever reason I can't set the upper button on the wacom pen to middle mouse so that I can zoom in/out in the maya view port. Also, whenever I click on the screen there is a slight millisecond delay when panning, rotating, etc.

I'm running Windows 7 and the newest wacom drivers.

Any ideas?

Ok, so I did a little research and I eliminated the lag by turning off the Press and Hold feature in Pen & Touch. Completely uninstalling the wacom drivers and reinstalling seemed to fix the issue. What a fucking hassle.
