I'm set on the character, pretty set on the theme though I might try a couple more ideas. Basically a 60's inspired version of I-No, mixing in some Go Go dancer styles with some Haruko for good measure. Want to push the skull design into the scooter helmet using the goggles for eyes.

Change of plans, I decided the 60's look was too close to her original. We're going back, taking this to 88 mph, back to early japan with a geisha assassin makeover!

Design update. Not the best 2D artist but this should get across what I'm planning

Another update, still workin out some details. Wanted to break up the symmetry a bit so i changed her left arm to carry her daggers. I also needed to incorporate her trademark witch hat better so i redesigned it into a hood. Think I'm almost happy with her now. Would love some feedback
