Grass Billboards?

Ok, i need to know how people make grass billboards. I my self have looked on the net for tutorials but have never found any of these. Can sombody please post back with a good link that still works or post back information please. I have Photoshop.

Open Maya

Go to Paint Effects. Choose a grass Brush.

Paint some grass. Save your image out.

WHAMO! Grass billboards!



For hair:
Repeat for Hair billboards, but swap grass brush for hair brush.
