I decided to go with Gen's stage from Street Fighter Zero 2 for a few reasons. I'm pretty swamped with school and freelance, so I didn't want to pick something that was too ambitious. Also, I think this scene will give me a good chance to use the new lighting and reflection features in the newest version of UDK.
Translation: There will be an absurd amount of relections, bokeh DOF, and god rays.
My revision will be to basically make it look new again, like its a popular nightlife hotspot.

I haven't forgotten about this, just been busy with finals. I've been thinking about it in my spare time, and I'm thinking that for the redesign I'm going to go with something more futuristic. I'm a big fan of Mass Effects really clean, crisp environments, so I'm thinking something along those lines. And of course, holographic signs for the bars.
