Pity that you changed characters! Would have loved some painted hard surface goodieness from you. But Hakumen is nothing short of sliced awesomeness indeed.

The blockout and concept are looking good so far. However, I'd personally push the rhino horns on the shoulders a bit more.
But other than that, looking forward to moar!

I like the character change, Hakumen is a cool character and I love his attitude/battle stance.
I like your concept but imo you can push the redesign a bit further, it's a bit close to the original. Indeed pump up those shoulders, blow them up to true WoW proportions. :P
With that said, this type of blood elf armor looks like a really fun thing to paint. Can't wait to see what you do with it!
