hehe yes, DBZ was the best anime from my childhood and i always wanted to create my own evil badass vegeta.
As i was young it was alway a daily highlight to watch a episode.
I think i will start with the concept sculpting process and will see how i will change his appearance and style.
I dont think its necessary that i draw him a concept, because there a alot good references out there and his armor will be more simple and not realy advanced. The main goal is to develop a believable reality vegeta out of the anime style.
At the moment i am thinking about a new storyline and how that will change his outfit.
Edit:
I decided to make a old Vegeta in his 60s (90s compared with a human age) and his cloth more in a asia style
I am going to do following changes at his body:
He lost his right eye during a battle and has a scar in his face on this position. He was stupid (like allways^^) to believed he could defeat an not jet specified enemy and payed the prize. Goku died after this and is again in the afterlife.
His Facial features are rougher than in his young age and he has some white hair. He also grows a beard but not much (like threedaystubble).
His muscles are of course strong but he is not bulky, more like the jet lee style.
His cloth will be simmular to his usual style but with more sci fi stuff. He is a Saiyan so he dont need many tools but at his arms are some little advices from Bulma but not much.
He will be more fucked up, but still the old proud evil/good guy.
I dont know how many changes on his cloth will be too much for the easy recognition of the charakter? Any suggestions or ideas? Should i give him Cyborg stuff or is this to far away from Dragonball (like a lost arm... replaced with a robotic one)?
