I've always liked him because he's one of the bulkier ninja designs...this usually leads to ninjas being sleek and slim... but this one has always had massive shoulder pads and some bulky armor. Not a stealthy ninja!

So for a re-imagining a blend between very ornamental feudal Japanese armor + 80s-90s style piston-heavy cyborgs (Terminator, Battle Angel Alita, Robocop) with a lil Space Marine flare thrown into the bulk of the boots, shoulder pads and helmet elements. Can't wait to get home and start concepting!!!

Well there's nothin wrong with it, I just think the bulky space marine is abit overused, I mean I like Hanzo's style of armor but it would be very easy to fall into that trap if you get what I mean. Aside from full articulation it damages the silhouette.

This was one of my first picks, I didn't feel like I could do him justice though since he already had such an awesome design! Can't wait to see what you do with him.
