Looking for 3d generalist or team for low poly work

We are developing an isometric, turnbased strategy game for which we need 3d graphics.

We need
- 15 units, of which one is a vehicle, one is a walker robot, 3 are humans in power armor, 2 are humanoid, 8 are humans.
- units will be displayed as 45x30 pixels, but should look at least decent at twice that resolution, and remain recognizable at half that.
- idle, running, hit, dying, shooting and throwing/ability animation for each. There should be plenty of possibility for reusing animations between units.
- the 15 units are divided across 3 factions, each with a distinctive style.
- able to run in flash with a free engine, and easy to port to ios/android. Ability to implement better graphics for a sequel is a plus.
- style is realistic, just slightly overdone in terms of weapons and other cool stuff, gritty, in a near future postapocalyptic setting.
- for now, further specs are undefined and will largely be determined based on the proposals from the applicant who gets the job.

We have style reference documentation and had some 2d placeholder graphics done for the currently ongoing testing, but no concept artist, so you need to be able to apply some creativity to the process.

The team currently consists of
Me, owner, creative director, programmer (very little)
Project leader and lead programmer. Part paid, part royalty. Has released several games and held game industry jobs at top companies.
Freelance sound artist

We are located in Europe and don't stick to office hours, but you need to able to talk with us outside of European night time.

We need partial delivery early May for code implementation, and full delivery by the end of May.

While we are looking for good quality graphics, price is very much an issue at this stage.
