Strange sig behavior

Hey, having some probs, wanna ask about it:

1: I can only see people's signatures when I am logged out, is that normal?

2: I just set my signature but I cannot see it - logged in or out, is that normal?

Go to your User CP, click on "Edit Options" under "Settings and Options" and make sure the checkbox next to "Show Signatures" is checked.

I'm also having trouble with image tags... when I use them, the image doesn't turn up once the post is made, I go to edit, and the code is there repeated 4 times or so, except mangled.
