Wall Worm Sky Writer

I've just got a new tool out for testing: Wall Worm Sky Writer: Render HDR Skies from 3ds Max to Source in minutes.

I'm looking on feedback on it as I have only seriously worked on it for a few days and haven't had time to test every scenario. Please make sure to read the docs entirely (only one page at the moment) before using.

At version 0.2 now. Latest version honors Gamma spinner's initial value (previously, you had to change the value or it defaulted to2.2 even if the spinner said anything else).
