i made a model (hipoly) and when i want to baking my normal map , she don't turn out good :poly127: .. i try and try but i didn't have some good result

The small indent is probably also not grabbing well because it's at a 90 degree angle. I'd say remove the inset (make the top of the large cylinder flat) which should also save a nice bunch of triangles.

those black area are not from normal map
when i use xollius shader they show up
in the first one is just xollius shader with no map ..

Also you might want to think about welding the side pieces on so you're not creating more seams that can be difficult to deal with, at least on the top edges that are highly visible.
