UV problem when importing a mesh

Hi!

i hope someone can help me.
Im trying to import a house i made in 3dstudio max, to UDK, with no success.

Here is the model:

Its actually three models, the base, the top and the wood planks.
I UV-d them separetly. Here is a sample uv map for the base of the building:

And here is the UV-d building with checker:
http://kepfeltoltes.hu/110227/house_uv_1_www.kepfeltoltes.hu_.jpg

Seems fine.

After UV-ing, i exported the scene in .ASE format:
Mesh def, Materials, geometric, Shapes, Mesh normals, Mapping cords checked.
When im importing the model to UDk, i get this disaster:
http://kepfeltoltes.hu/110227/house_udk_1_www.kepfeltoltes.hu_.jpg

I mean, its not even close to the max-s UVd map align. I checked wired mode, the geometry (of course after triangulation) seems fine.

I suspecting, UDK doesnt getting the UV map coordinates. What should i do?

Here are the things i tried yesterday:
- importing the models separetly
- using another uv unwrap for lightmass at channel 2
- aplying a texture to the model

But i got the same result every time i import the mesh. Can anyone please help me? Im starting to be a bit desparate about the situation.
Thanks for you answers!
