which program is this?

around about 1992-93 a friend of mine at uni showed me a really good fractals program, really high quality, with animated colour cycles of the mandelbrot set.
I have found something similar, but not the same quality.
Any idea anyone?

naah it was much more colourful and you could cycle the colour bands
