Environment Modeling/Texturing the Bronx

We're 2 students that have decided to practice our skills trying to reproduce the Bronx (no offence intented toward anyone) or in any case an urban environment with elements from a poor area of a city. For now, to reduce rendering time, I work without a light system and only using standard lighting.
I also have made the mistake of wanting to do the warehouse building in a single piece, so I decided to change a bit direction and produce instances of the windows and I intend to do the same thing for doors and objects that could repeat within the level. And of course, texturing is not completely done and we are open to any suggestions that may help us work more efficiently or get a better result.
