I need help with Zbrush3

I can't figure out how to send my sculptures from Zbrush3 to 3dsmax 2011.
I looked over internet but all the answers I found were confusing or not working..

Can someone clearly point me out how to export my stuff from zBrush3 to max please ??

Max: Max button in the upper left corner -> Import
