I need help with Zbrush3

It's a new program for me and I like it so far except for one thing, I can't figure out how to export my sculpture from Zbrush3 to 3Dsmax 2011.

I looking over the internet and I can't find clear help and I only found confusing answers.

Can anyone point me out how to export from zBrush3 to max2011 please?

You are going to have to export from ZBrush to an .obj file, then import the .obj file into Max.
.obj is a standard file format that is supported by just about all 3D modelling/sculpting/re-topo packages.
    • In ZBrush, there is an export tab be at the bottom of the Tool menu on your right (also can be found under the Tool menu from the drop down menu at the top). There is where you can change your export settings.
    • I usually un-highlight the "Grp" button, as this will split apart your mesh if you use Polygroups, but this part is totally up to you.
    • Check to make sure your scale is set to 1.0 (defaults to 0.7333 sometimes).
    • Then press the export button, select .obj (which is generally the default option).
    • Open Max, File > Import. Select your .obj file and you're done.
