I posted a thread a few weeks ago asking for interview advice here and I want to thank everybody who posted advice, it was much appreciated. The interview was a success and I got my first job (environment artist on the console team at Creative Assembly) I'm just waiting for the paperwork to come through.

Some nice tuts on your site too mate I learned stuff from them, definitely. Did you know about the F3-F4 visibility toggle though? When you were skinning your shotgun, you were trying to get a view from inside the mesh.
