sup polycount. Been working on this rhino brute for the last few days for my first 'serious' zbrush sculpt. Concept is essentially a rob liefeld minotaur; I loved the grotesqueness of that idea, lol.

I've been studying my anatomy, trying to get it right from all angles, but I still know it needs some work, that's why I'm posting the first muscle pass here.

Areas of special attention is the arm area. I feel like it would have been easier if I modeled the base mesh in the t-pose, but I sort of like this challenge of sculpting the arm muscles as they are, bent like this.

Trying to work out how the muscles like the extensor carpi radialis, triceps, and flexors wrap around the arm and forearm, especially factoring in the ulna and how that contrasts. I feel like I'm getting there, but it's still kind of vague in the arms.

The fingers and toes seem blocky because i subdivided with smooth off for a few levels, trying to keep the gnarled bone structure of the fingers.

I'm working with two Hogarth books and Scott Spencers human sculpting Zbrush book. I should probably check out vilppu as well. Any other anatomy reference suggestions would be cool.

Critique and advice appreciated.
