HELP: Attachment Manager won't work!

Hey guys I was wondering what was up with the attachment manager. I tried searching the forums to see if anyone else has this problem but I guess it's just me o.O haha.
Whenever I try to upload a .jpg of a digital drawing in the attachment manager it keeps going through as 'Upload of file failed'.
I checked the sizes of my drawings and they are well within the filesize and width and height. Any ideas? Also they are uploaded on my conceptart sketchbook as well through it's own attachment manager. Does that have anything to do with it?
