Did any of you do the Global Game Jam this year?
We hosted the event here at PlaygroundSquad, and even found a little time to dev our selves. Here's our game, "The Last Planet Gobbler 2": http://www.globalgamejam.org/2011/last-planet-gobbler-2
Nice work, I'll have to check these when I get home.
This was the first time entering for me. And its great to see how much of a polished game people have been able to make in so little time.
Compared to last years experience, this one was lacking. Mostly due to poor planning/coordination on the locations part. So I started work for it(making the motorcycle/rider), but didn't return for the remaining days, as it really upset me (more than I would normally, I guess)
yeah, this year was fun. here's ours. click the guys and click again to move. try to get them all into the light before you get eaten the fuck up. it's tough. I think the highest score I've seen has been 6. I did a lot more art than you can see there, unfortunately. even worse since it's so dark hahah. we definitely need to move the camera up though. my poor buildings!
