I represent Omni-arts, a small indy company that has made a few smaller games (
www.omni-arts.com).
Currently we're looking to branch out into something bigger and more advanced, and for that we need a talented programmer.
What we're trying to do is make a small 3d fighting game, the first stage is prototyping a new combat mechanic, something that hasn't been done before at this level, so if you're a programmer and interested in pioneering a new depth in fighting games, just shout out and I'll give you more details.
The engine we'll be using hasn't been set yet, but UnrealEngine 3 and it's licensing system seem like a solid bet. This is however open for discussion.
Unfortunately, we have no money to pay wages, but any revenue generated will be split fairly.
