This is my first post on this site i wanna know what you guys think,
its not done yet its just a high poly that im wokring on let me know what im doing good and what im doing wrong
Building is a bit top heavy and scale is too wide, check your windows as references and make sure you try to keep accurate proportions. For example the base support pillars almost look about the same size as your windows up top, and the distance between each balcony looks only about a window and a half tall.
The average window size in a home is about 3' by 5' so you can use that as a general rule and just adjust from there to accommodate style.
Keep it up, off to a great start with an interesting concept!
Also, I recommend rendering on anything but a black background. Try rendering on a dark background such as 60,60,60
Haha Bal !! You're right but don't forget all the great moments of laughs when we were testing all the different sports
The bottom part of the building seems a little odd, can we have a closer look on this part because i don't think the entrance really fits in such a little height (the stairs look like they're going really high).
A last little thing, the top part (all the part above the blue block) can be scaled down.
On the left side of the building, their is no open balcony area like the other side. The right side has that little area outside of the glass that allows plants/trees to grow, which is impossible on the other side since the building is blocking it.
Yeah, on the concept art, there's no "windows door" on the front side of the hotel!
Sorry for the word, I mean, the stuff that hide the sun from the windows.

Bit early to criticise for now, but yeah as kaburan said the proportions are a bit strange, keep at it, and welcome to Polycount!
I'm going to make the windows on the balcony a bit smaller so that should help with proportions.
Rendering the background out in a darker color makes it look a lot better thanks for that tip.
I'm going to upload a few more pictures by the end of the day a side front and Preceptive
Thanks a lot for the feed back
Other than that... its coming along, keep at it!

Welcome to poco \o/ !!
As you can see, the gap I circled in red is smaller on the concept (even if you have not created the white part yet).
The zone in green needs to be wider.
You need to detach the two elements where the pink line is.
I think you can change the concept a bit on the blue zone. It's not really cool to have a balcony right in front of a wall
I was wrong about the entrance the proportions seem right
I widened out the second building
luckly i made everything separate so all it took was moving the objects on top up
For the left side i think that I'm going to close it off so the windows are there but no real balcony
Thanks for the feed back making my work look a lot better
Still trying to figure out what to do on the left side
Anymore feed back you guys can give me ?
Thanks
