and it says the pen has no battery, ans since the no battery pen method is patented by wacom, i assume a licence for the patent

its about the half the price of a real intuos, so its interesting

I had an Aiptek once and it was a piece of shit.

I've had two Aipteks over the years they were also both pieces of shit. You'd think I would've learned from the first experience...

Maybe this new one is better than the previous generations but I've completely lost faith in Aiptek.

Buying an Intuos3 was probably the best money I've ever spent on hardware.

i know most apiteks are pieces of shit, but they developped lately. my girlfriend has one that is pretty usable (has battery but meh)

I was gonna buy the "slim" one, but decided not to due the reputation they have.. What makes wacoms better, though, is partially their tablet driver. I've tried a trust tablet on a wacom driver and it performed many times better, except the pressure sensitivity did not work. Perhaps aipteks work on the wc driver as well, could someone try?
