First high poly to low poly Normal bake

Just completed my first high poly to low poly normal bake attempt. Went pretty flawlessly, created a low poly mesh in Max then used Mudbox to create a high poly mesh and add details, nothing too fancy. I know its not particularly exciting but critique is welcome. Final tri count is 4,400.

The bake seems to have gone well, but the shapes themselves look rather lumpy. If you crease and flatten some of those folds, sharpen it all up a bit, it'll look nicer. Apart from that, the actual anatomy of the character is very tube-like. Also, I can't see any defined shoulders and the body's quite stocky. Now that you've gotten the hang of baking, perhaps go back and touch up the highpoly before you move onto texturing?
