    A few things that stick out to me tho.

    Her turkey neck appears oddly plump, as if it were almost muscle. That stuff is all loose skin, so I would expect it to be rather wrinkled and wiry. Then you could go in and hint at the throat cartilage lying beneath all that mess. Stretch out her ear lobes a little too, they look younger than the rest of her.

    In general the wrinkles feel very superficial. Don't be afraid to really cut into the surface. I mean, the subtlety and size of those wrinkles wouldn't even translate on a normal map, so really get in there and define those folds. That is of course if you intend to bake this.

    and then one last thing the cloth over her sternum area. I think those folds in the fabric from her boobs could extend up further into that smooth patch, and likewise downwards a tad from her collar. It just looks odd because its so plain, and it gives of that pulled taffy vibe rather than taut cloth.

    But good stuff. It made me lol
