[Source Engine] - Looking for help!

recruitheader.jpg

I was going to post this in the freelance section since it seems more team-oriented but it's also free so I figured here is better.

Hey guys, we're a team currently developing an unannounced SP Source engine project called CANVAS. You can find more information about us here :

www.canvasgame.com

We have a very dedicated team that have been working on the mod since 2009 and we are on the verge of announcing. Unfortunately a key animator in our team had to drop out of the project for unseen amount of time due to his job at Volatile Games (Dead to Rights : Retribution). Our team composes primarily of college students that either major in Game Design or have interests in it as a hobby. We also have some professional game industry individuals working on our team such as our aforementioned animator and several guys from the likes of Hello Games (Joe Danger) and EA Redwood (Dante's Inferno and Dead Space 2).

We are now currently looking for some animators to animate our characters! The primary software of choice currently is Maya but we don't care if you use other stuff as well, so hit us up if you feel like animatin'!

Otherwise, if you feel like helping us out in other areas please feel free to contact us as well at :

contact@canvasgame.com

Here's the list of some quality personnel we're looking forward to spending time with :

  • Animators (Needs to be able to animate bipeds, rigging is also a plus)
  • Concept Artists (2+ years experience in this field would be great)
  • Programmer (We already have one but we're looking for someone who's great with shaders to keep our current one company)
  • 3D Modelers (character artists especially, zbrush knowledge a must)
You can check out the team's page here :

And the mod's page here :

But like I said, we haven't officially announced so there might not be a lot to go on right now.

Thank you for your time!
