Zbrush big question

Hey there,

I've got some problems with zbrush symmetry.

the fact is i'm working on a character and as I need to sculpt his hand I hide the rest of the model...but as I do this the symmetry doesn't apply on the other hand.

The two hand are in the same subtool and have same topology. I think there is a tip to apply sculpt of the hand on the unsculpted hand but can't find it :/

does anyone knows?
