Update: Played around with the banners, put a temp texture on the roof, added a door at the far end, created the chairs for the middle table and put in th balcony. Still lots to do. C&C always welcome, would love feedback about the whole environment!
More Updates: added shield and Axe props. Two different sizes for the Axe. If it is standing is it a 2 hander, if it is on the table it is a 1 handed Axe, I may create a separate 2 hander so there is no confusion
I think the individual elements are great. Textures, materials, each asset has some interest and pop to it. The axe is getting really lost in the scene, but that's kinda the only exception.
My big suggestion would be to figure out a better composition. Right now you're emphasizing the massive size of the space which is cool, but it's missing a focal point. Either dress out the long tables more with 'stuff', or figure out some other way of bringing it all together. That could be as simple as taking your shot closer to that back wall, too.
Hey man thank! What really make me happy is your thinking is exactly in line with my thoughts and plans for this scene, makes me feel like I am on the right track. Incoming background and focal point!!
I am real close to calling this one done. I am struggling with the lighting however. i want something moody at night but I am inexperienced with UDK lights. C&C always welcome!
What stands out to me is how ridiculously low to the ground the benches and tables are---judging by the size of that shield, they look to be no more than a few inches off the ground.
Cool thanks man! They actually are the right height, but your right it doesn't look like it. I will mess around with it so i can get it to look proportionate.
I think you got too much red in there, there is no clear visual distinction in the colors and shapes. Take a quick look at your pillars and the wall behind them, both look red. Sooooo...
I did some quick changes to color and stuff in UDK.
Do you have some grainy-effect in there as well? I would probably take it out because your scene looks very noisy at it is. Good work so far man!
Now you got a bluish color outside to illustrate that it's cold, and a warmer tone inside. Clear visual distinction! The scene feels less noisy and is easier on the eyes. I hope I helped somewhat!

Edit: I also changed the size of the banners...

Though there is a balcony up in here now.
It balances out.
Also I can't help but feel like composition-wise it's still lacking... something. A focal point of some sort.
