Soon to be mine... dad made a deal with me that he'd give it to me to restore / customize if I switched to an insulin pump setup... well, just got off the phone with Minimed, so soon it shall be mine to have my way with!
Even all beat up and dirty, THAT THING IS SO SEXY, OMG flaagan!
The rough plans right now are to swap in a GM EcoTec inline 4 and manual transmission, replace the wood frame with a custom-welded aluminum tube-frame, and a black / silver paint scheme with red highlights.
And before anyone cries foul, the ecotec idea came from a Morgan dealer here in California who developed the idea in the first place, and even offers a C6 Corvette motor swap for the +8 models. The aluminum is for safety and a few other reasons.
This boring lump of shite is what i (pay stupid amounts of money to keep on the road) drive.

Cars been a bit of a nightmare. Spent £1000 last year trying to fix a hestitation problem, which still isnt fixed really. Spent an extra £1000 this year replacing the nonsencical Dual Mass Flywheel and clutch.
Anyway. Shall not be buying Ford again. Seem like every time something goes wrong its a few hundred quid. And the car is so full of technology that even the dealers cant fix simple things without diagnosis (£50 a pop).
Next car will have minimal tech and a simple engine. Wish I lived in US or Aus just for the cars.
I want this!
or this (yes, I know i said i wouldnt get ford again...but this is different)
Joker I used to work with picked up an orange one not long before I got canned from Cryptic. I feel sorry for the car. Sent him to a trusted mechanic to try and fix it up some. I talked with the mechanic not long after he fixed up and returned the car to the owner, he said "that's a great car... problem is if that guy is gonna drive it much it won't be long before it's wrapped around a tree (lack of skill)." :shifty:
(not my actual car)
I got one of these, 2005 Saab 9-3 Sport Sedan Linear. Nothing more then an overpriced jacked up Opel Vectra including the shitty craftsmanship if you ask me. Gawd, how I hate what GM has done to Saab.
What I want is a full EV version of the Jag CX-75
But I like where Saab is heading!
Saab Phoenix concept car
I'm really curious to see the next generation of 93s! Especially considering it's going to be a new platform, new design, possibly BMW engines (even though I hate that brand and everything that surrounds it, they do make proper cars) and even full EVs.
Not as shinny or fast, but surely durable. It's been 40 years at these babies are still alive and kicking, while other car models are now toasters <-- is that even true?
Hate you sooooo much for even having the option to do so. :P
I get to build it too !! actually thats kinda the main attraction.. joining the academy so I know how to drive the damn thing properly when its built is also a plus.. I was thinking of going to one of their race days so I can see if I like how the car handles first before I made a decision.

I love that they make it look likes he's going full throttle, and the guy isn't wearing ANY protective clothing. Not to mention, it looks like it would crash and burn, if you hit a large pothole.
99% of my driving is city stuff and I rarely carry much luggage. Looked at Audi A1, Fiat 500 and Alfa Mito... fell in love with the Mini, so much fun!
I'm too old to care about owning a fast car now. Actually that's not true... I still like fast cars, but when our fuel costs £1.39 per LITRE, to buy any car that does less than 35mpg is insanity.
Fortunately, mine has clear side repeaters and white mirrors... and the Harman Kardon Hi-Fi

Looks almost as nimble as the TRON-bike. Also, as pretty as the driver. Mid-life crisis penis extender.
This on the other hand is not a new bike nor a production bike. It might not be everyones taste but damn it's brutal. Difference between this and the silly thing from dodge is that this actually works.
I approve of their 1st pick. Some of the other submissions were pretty cool, but looked to similar to other existing cars. Some of them, I wouldn't want to be seen in
I like the Growler.
The Eagle looks like the ooold Jags, so if you're a fan of the old Jags, I can see why you'd like it. Not that it's a bad looking car, I just never really got into that style (even though I have a model of one).
First off, I think I've found the correct color C7 Corvette to go with the Barracuda:
Next up, we've got the Lucra LC470. Full tubular chassis bonded to an all carbon fiber body with a Corvette motor. Be sure to check out their concepts for their next vehicle near the end of the vid.

I loved this bike design until I saw the video, the bike looks too small, or the guy too big, its just weird seeing lot handle bars with nothing in front of the rider. It might be a nice ride, I don't ride bikes, but it looks a little odd with a person on it.
Oh, I forgot about this thread. How timely. I'm going to the Detroit North American International Auto Show next Tues. Hoping to grab pics, especially of the new 'Vette. Will post when I have them

Pagani Zonda Cinque, sexiest ass end of any car. If I had the option I'd get a second Pagani and go with their new Huayra as well.
And I currently drive:
EDIT:
Nevermind. I wouldn't get a Huayra because I wouldn't be able to drive due to my huge boner getting in the way:
I really like the Zondas too, but I don't like the rear ends nearly as much as you do. I'm not a fan of the 4 ports in the center.
lol, and the interior of the Huayra is filled with falic symbols... now I know why you like it so much Adam

But I guess I can settle for a Tesla Model S.
thinking of signing up for next years academy

Now the hard part, waiting until next weekend to pick it up from the dealer.

We have one of these as well. I love them inside, but be prepared to change your breaks every couple of years.
Big pimpin. :smokin:
Just as long as you don't go the same route as these guys...

I'm actually eyeing up one of these bad boys for after the Morgan's done.
Granted... I've got an old Benelli motorcycle (in pieces) that a buddy gave me which I've still gotta sort out... :poly142:
Whaaa...How many cars do you go through. Have you got one of those dissused barns full of bugattis out back?
I'd love to have space to build a project. I helped build and restore one of these once. VW Buggy Manx mk1
If I lived in a warm climate i'd have one straight away.
I also wanted one of these which is also a VW beetle (Nova kit)
Hahaha, nah. I live with my family so we've got a big garage (that will be getting bigger soonish).
Buddy of mine managed to buy one of those for about a grand (in excellent condition).. hated his guts for a while...
Sexy.
We have one of these too But dont't have break issues like Adam mentioned but our third row is getting the shit kicked out of it from wear and tear.
Flaagan: My xc90 isnt to ugly its a pretty stylish crossover suv plus its AWD TwinTurbo whats not to like .
Now one of my favprite realistic cars to own is the early 90's NSX.
Couldn't find a more eye-murdering picture, huh?

It's a modified BMW by Stellan Egeland.
New E-types
Eagle Speedster

The Growler....(funny name)

I definitely prefer the growler.
But they cost like what, 500k?

2 ltr diesel does pretty good mileage averages about 40-45MPG
(The new Corvette was mobbed )
The NSX Concept was pretty hot too
