First, take off all your comments, they get in the way of the video and make it seem really unprofessional, especially with the use of emoticons. You can make a reel breakdown sheet to tell what everything is. And definitely do not put "I NEVER REALLY LIKED THIS ONE" on anything that you tend to show people. An employer may see it and think, 'if he doesn't like it, why should I?"
About the content: Get rid of the coffee pot/jar in the beginning. I would get rid of most of the sculpted heads, maybe keep the deformed one and slow down the turntable.
Don't put unfinished work on your reel like that hazmat guy
Get rid of the Sackboy, there's nothing special about it
Fix that shield, it looks like there's no specular map on it and don't put "I made this the day i made my demo reel"
Get rid of the TF2 map pictures, I have no idea what I am looking at. Maybe do a fly through instead?
Do a turn table of the Pyro axe.
It's a good start but you still got a way to go. It looks like you just threw together everything you ever modeled and put it in your reel. Your reel should ONLY be your best stuff. And you should definitely put your best stuff first. I'd say put the guy from your avatar first.
Also, it would be helpful to have a title for yourself like 'Asset modeler/artist' 'Character artist' etc... and narrow your focus, you have quite a few props as well as some characters. PIck one thing and stick with it.
Yeah, Sukotto pretty much covered anything, but just to reiterate: for the love of GOD do not put anything that you don't even like in your demo reel. Chances are, if you don't like it, it's probably because it's bad. There are exceptions where something turns out pretty good and you still don't like it.. well, put it in your video, but don't tell them you don't like it.
Also, try spending a little extra time on some things and make something really pro. Generally I wouldn't put anything that you can say took you less than a day in the demo reel. I'd focus on putting the best quality work forward possible.

but just a small video of compiled work
I'll keep your tips in mind however.
if anything I was looking for comments on the work
not the integrity of the video as an actual demo reel.
