It’s hard to believe that it’s been over ten years since we opened the doors here at ArenaNet.
As we kick off another fantastic year, we thought this was a good time to look back at our first decade of existence. For our holiday party we put together a retrospective video that reflects on what makes this studio such a great place to work, and we thought we would share it with you. We hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed making it!

I'm still trying to figure out why the guy was holding a dog at 7:30, though.

GW2 is definitely one of my most looked-forward to games.. can't wait.
It's surreal watching that because I work so close to ArenaNet (same office park)...
Also don't listen to them when they talk about how great it is in Seattle. Whatever you do don't move here. We have enough people trampling our parks and peeing in our sloughs. It's always raining and everyone has coffee breath... Seriously everything horrible you've heard about Seattle is true and all of the good stuff is a lie.
"Our beautiful mountains are always surrounded by crystal clear skies with miles and miles of visibility... look now you can see Mt. Rainier from the Queen Anne Hill perfectly... muhuahahahaha"
Great video, always been a big fan of Arena Net, it's cool too see how things started and hear about their process. Can't wait to play it.
