Want to start my own blog

Hi guys, happy new year everyone
So i decided to start my own blog, and don't actually know wich site is better for 3d artists. I know PC is a great community, and i can show my works here..., but just want to became more famous heh, no kidding, wich blog site is better?

Blogger or Wordpress are both great. You can also install Wordpress onto your own site very easily.

Thanks guys, the only problem with wordpress is that its absolutely locked for my coutry, hard to belive, we're not the North Korea, but we have some problems with "truth" here.

What do you mean? You will get in trouble if you put wordpress on your site? Or wordpress won't install if you IP is from your country?

I used to run a wordpress blog on my website but I didn't always keep up to date with wordpress software updates (which you have to do yourself if you're running it on your own website). An out of date Wordpress install is a potential security hole in your site so if you're lazy like me, I'd say go ahead set up an account on Blogger or Wordpress.

I've switched to Blogger and just had my blog's URL point to the blogger one:
www.artbyjustin.com/blog

Cause you're from Russia? A shame you can't use Wordpress cause it's really good from what I'm told. I use Blogger cause it was the first site I ever used and they almost caused me to explode in anger after removing FTP uploading. So much grief to move it all...

Blogger is pretty good. I just worked out how to make a portfolio page as well as a blog and other pages. The portfolio page has a proper image viewing thing going on as well. And it was pretty easy to do tbh.

Have a look at mine below. Its still a WIP though but i'm getting there.

You should be able to activate signitures in your options in your User Control Panel. Can't remember if they are on by default, maybe not.

OT: I always start a blog then realise I have nothing to say.
