Zapplink not working

Hey all, I seem to have a problem using Zapplink when texturing. I've been getting really good results using it, but I'm unable to use it at a certain point in my workflow. I've tried to use the 'pickup' function when returning to ZBrush from Photoshop, it then loads for a short while, then no change is made (it just reverts back to how the texture was before I used Zapplink.)

I've made sure to use the exact same settings as I was previously using for Zapplink, but still nothing changes. Has this happened to anyone else? I'd really like to get any info I can on this issue, as its a great function and I'd like to keep using it smile.gif Thanks in advance!

    Do you have a other document size as the original??

    Does any zapplink attempt fail after that point, or just the file you've been painting? Like could you save the PSD as something different, abort zapplink, start a new one and then paste the layers from the old document to the new one?

    Hey guys, thanks for the suggestions. I've kept the document size exactly the same and tested Zapplink on some other models which worked fine on them. I don't know if it has anything to do with the matcap selected - when I had the flat color matcap selected it didn't seem to work, but any other e.g. basic material worked absolutely fine. Weird!

    Sorry to resurrect (this is for google searchers like me!), but I just ran into this issue as well. I had to fill the object with polypaint first. After I did that, the Zapplink worked just fine.
