We're looking for an artist capable of modeling and texturing a detailed, game-like 3d environment for a short-term project (1-2mo.) The work will be paid, but the budget is fairly limited.
The desired environment is difficult to describe without going into too much detail, but imagine something akin to the flashy interior of a casino-- bright lights, shiny objects, props, etc.
Regardless of the tools used, the environment must eventually be exported (e.g. via COLLADA) for use within a custom game engine. Triangle count and texture sizes will need to be within reasonable range for current generation hardware (we can talk specifics later.)
The project may eventually require a few character models with basic animations, but the priority for now is on the environment itself. I would love to find an artist capable of hammering out both (environments and characters), but I'm open to dividing the work among more than one person if needed.
