Photoshop_embed history log in saved files.

Greetings Everyone,

I'm looking for a way to embed a log or list of changes made to an image inside Photoshop.

I am hoping this will save with the resulting JPG, TGA, or RAW files metaDATA so down the road if I save out a example_adjusted.JPG file it will have a list of changes saved somewhere inside of it.

If that's not possible what's the best way to preserve a list of edits inside a PSD?

Figured this out its under "Preferences>>General" just look at the bottom and change it to save MetaData and the Log type to Detailed.
