Well I'm a fan of resident evil so thats a plus. Hi-poly model is looking very solid, Im digging the texture work so far. I think she needs some more work done to make her nationality more clear, I dont see the Chinese in her. It may be subtle things you need to do, I feel like its in the eyes and the shape of the face. You should show a full body wire of the low. Good work.
I dunno if it's just me or maybe the orthographic screenshot, but her head seems really wide. It also seems kinda wide to me in the concept you just posted as well though so, i dunno, maybe she's just got a fat head?
Also this is a nobrainer but those highlights on the the lipstick look painted in? Temporary i hope, you should be controlling those with your normal+spec.

Hey I like the tweaks to the head, its getting closer to the shape it should be. I agree that the hair is making her head seem abnormal at the top, i don't think her hair would normally poof at like that. It probably needs to hang down more, the curve from the top to the bottom is extreme. Keep up the good work.
She looks great, only thing looking strange to me is you can see that the boots are floating geo on your previous update with her short dress outfit as they cut through her shins, bit of texture work on the rim of the boots could hide it a bit more maybe or some extra geo to cut them in more naturally. She looks great though, especially in the long dress
