Just finished this portrait of a friend of mine. Bunch of my friends like the old timey genre I've been doing lately so they all want a portrait. This is a painting of a good friend of mine. We traveled through London and Dublin several months ego. Cheers.

Just got this done for my cousins. Something a little different.

Getting ready for an exiting project coming up so I wanted to get warmed up. This will be my first painting using cs5. Its pretty sick but the interface can become cumbersome at times.

I used Photoshop CS3. It was my comfort zone. Now the new CS 5 has so many other tools. Its a little intimidating.

Nice stuff! I like your scrap book -ish style! I feel that u are avoiding drawing hands though and an advice is to be more determined with brushstrokes, sometimes it looks a bit messy (for example the girl with a tattooed neck) in an insecure way. Keep it up!

Hey, if anyone knows, I can't get my signatures up for some reason. I have "show your signatures" clicked and I can preview them just fine in my CP settings. Am I missing something?

Not nearly done but One thing I've been struggling with is simply design fundamentals. I've focused too much on my rendering technique so I'm gonna dig into my sketch book and do some leyendecker studies. THought this might be appropriate. Here's a study of Twas the Night Before Christmas.
