Got my bamboo tablet today so i broke out my extra screen to make my own little studio. But my tablet starts at the top left of my second screen instead of my main screen, is it possible to set it to a specific monitor?
May i ask another question? How much pressure can this take? Im not going to stab the pen through the thing but do i have to be careful to an extent, i want to make sure im using it somewhere near its full potential?
And does anyone have a brush setup guide :P? so many on google, id rather be recommended ones
I started a thread on getting the most out of your Wacom, specifically adjusting the pressure sensitivity curve so you don't have to press down as hard to reach maximum pressure, and also lowering the pressure threshold so the tablet picks up even the lightest strokes. My current tablet is actually a Bamboo ever since my Intuos3 wore out. http://www.polycount.com/forum/showthread.php?t=77043&highlight=wacom+dado
I think i have issues wording things, sorry. Usually when i get any sort of new technology i can endup treating it like its extremely fragile, like thin glass. Pen pressure makes the brush size bigger the more you push, but even if i push a little bit i get a little worried so i try not to do it. What im asking is if the pressure is idiot proof and takes alot to break it (So i feel safe taking more of an advantage from the wonderful pressure features). Im never going to push the pen down as hard as i can, why would i do that?
If I'm right there's a small testing thingy in the settings/calibration program which will show how hard you're pushing. You can use that to find out what '100%' is.
haha funny there pretty sturdy i bring my old bamboo back and forth and everywhere to school with me and whatever else they can take alot and the pressure is kind idiot proof lolz it will stop or plateau at a certain point thats probably when u shouldn't press any harder and it all depends on the specific program which u can adjust as well
